Exactly; they have call ahead but not reservations.
You can call ahead but I haven't found it to help me not having to wait 1 and half hours for a table when it's really busy
Yes call is great if they're busy.
Call ahead for any size party. I have had good luck with it and reducing wait time.
You can order ahead for pickup and they'll do reservations for large groups of 6 or more I believe.
