Maybe because of the holiday but the service was rough at best. Wrong orders, items not available but register didn't know so still charged us for the items then had to find our table to explain they are out of vanilla custard and give a refund. Then people who checked out after us are eating vanilla custard. Wrong food sent to our table. Ordered pretzel bites and got chili cheese fries. No lids for cups told several people finally had to go up front and ask for lids. Seemed very disorganized and poor communication. I did not see the manager so that may also be it. Over all an unpleasant experience.

What a waste of time and money…,”made to order”? WHAT A JOKE!!! This was the worst fast food experience I have ever had. Very disappointed. You wonder why the In/Out burger place is busy across the street? Not just because it’s new place to eat here in Colorado Springs, but the fact the food is made FRESH. Which in return makes it WORTH THE WAIT. This particular Culver’s should really be embarrassed. Long lines…, equal even more disgusting dry, old expensive food. Don’t waste your time buying anything here, unless you want to get sick or ANGRY! Sayonara Culver’s…, HELLO…, IN AND OUT. Check out the picture of Culver’s sourdough melt…, do I need to say more…? Really going down hill FAST!!!

Not sure what is wrong with this Culver’s location but the food we received was sooo subpar compared to what is expected of the Culver’s name. The burgers were burnt to a crisp as if someone forgot them on grill and walked away. We ordered 2 chocolate shakes and what received looked like 2 different shakes?? They said they didn’t mix one of them well - how do you advertise yourself as an ice cream place when you can’t even make a basic chocolate shake? Overpriced garbage, will not be returning.

You will need to wear a mask inside except when eating/drinking. 6' distance when waiting in line and sitting at assigned tables. Basically use the new common sense that are Covid protocols.
