Beautiful apartments! The staff are very nice and helpful. They're cozy, great atmosphere, beautiful gym with a nice variety of equipment, and yoga classes! Amazing pool. Absolutely beautiful. Price reasonable.

Me and my wife have lived here for a month now and I can’t stop raving about it! We absolutely love it here! Our apartment is so bright and spacious! And the fact that they are a dog friendly community speaks volumes to us and our Fur baby. We really enjoy the doggie spa and Dog park. And don’t even get me started on the workout room and pool area! Lol But The leasing staff is amazing! Especially Alex! He was so kind and Down to earth and was extremely helpful. He really took his time in helping us make the right decision. And Overall we just appreciate the community type feel that Cortland has! We couldn’t be happier! Thank you so much, Alex!

I absolutely LOVE living at this complex! I love how close it is to Target, Sprouts, Costco, and pretty much every store I need to go to regularly. The amenities are amazing (24 hour gym what? Not even 24 hour fitness is open that long!!), plus our friends are always complimenting how stylish our unit is whenever they drop by. The office staff is also really awesome, especially Alex! He's always so sweet, knowledgable, and attentive to all my needs. If you're looking for a luxury apartment in the perfect part of town, look no further!

Beautiful apartment complex with lots of amenities and very dog friendly! My girlfriend and I moved here a little over a month ago from Louisiana due to career advancement. Alex N. at the leasing office was phenomenal by helping us find a place we have quickly fallen in love with on such a short notice. He also continues to be extremely helpful by being a valuable community resource for answering questions/concerns. His assistance has helped us settle into our community very easily!
