No shirt no shoes no service. I'm not even sure about that actually. 'Annapolian' casual is what what most people wear. Basically, clean cloths from whatever else you are doing that day. You see people after church dressed up, they also have parties and wedding things there. But you see more people that have casual work and play clothes on.
Yes there is a dress code. Casual. Beachwear is fine as long as everyone is covered.
