We are reducing capacity of the hayrides by 50% for this year, however due to spacing limits the haywagon you cannot maintain 6 ft spacing, therefore face masks are required.
Nope at all I was there yesterday and everyone was seating next to each other
Weekend was packed. You can try to keep your distance but you need to constantly remind other visitors about that. Some people simply didn't care. They sit close to us during hayride, no masks. But the worst thing was when we were in line for Monster truck and Apple cannon, there was a group of 9 people behind us that actually surrounded us. We had to keep telling them to stay 6 feet apart. And of course they had no masks. So, it really depends on who is next to you. But overall the day was good. We had fun there.
I went during the week and there weren't many people picking pumpkins. One group sat in the front of the hayride and my group sat in the back. We were over 6ft. apart. We still wore masks anyway. It's a quick ride and you can take your mask off when in the field. But I can imagine it gets busy on weekends and it will not be possible to social distance. You can also walk to the pumpkin patch.
While traveling on the tractors you just sit next to other people. That's why they encourage everybody to wear face masks
