This McDonald's location always has a chicken sandwich a burger a salad and a mc flurry from another country

International items will always be available here @McD HQ, but the items change every 8 weeks or so. Usually at least 1 new burger, chicken sandwich, salad, Mcflurry, & side item each time. In other McDonalds, they currently have 4 international items (burger, chicken sandwich, stroopwafel mcflurry, bacon cheese fries) available for a limited time. Unsure if they will carry others going forward, but this specific location always will have some international items [seemingly keeping international ice cream sundae, pastry, & coffee offerings permanently]

They keep changing every month but there's some international items available.
