I went to Wash. NJ Motor Vehicle on 2/22/21. I needed a new dup. title and then the title in my name. When I got home after driving 3 hrs. there & 3 hrs. back in a snow storm I realized there was a typo in my last name. (w instead of e).

Ive been there 4 times for same thing 1 hour there one hour back, thats after waiting a month for appointment, and they still dont have it right. Its been a nightmare I need a car to live. Also they are nasty

I wanted to switch my license plates. The dealership screwed up; they didn't transfer the plates when I bought my car in Nov. I went to DMV in Dec and was told they needed the TITLE!! I asked 2x if that necessary for a plate transfer. The guy said yes and gave me a form to fax to the bank. I get notified in Jan that I can make a new appt. Went there about a week ago. The woman asks why the Title was requested, I explained and she said that was stupid. It's a simple plate transfer! It took less than 20 minutes. SMDH!!
