You have to go to the DMV with the registration or the numbers stenciled from your vehicle identification number and you can start there at the DMV

The DMV WON'T HELP YOU at all, they'll NEVER PICK UP THE PHONE, and unless you're there b4 10am waiting in a long line till they call your number which could be hrs, AND THEY CAN EAT A BOWL OF D!CKS while they're at it.

There is a lost title form you can print online, bring that, your dl, and the registration if you have it to a dmv and they will print you a new one for 60 dollars
