Why does drive thru never give napkins at this location. Never fails, got to find a new arbys or stick to mc donalds. Busy schedual always eating on run and never get napkins... and as petty as it sounds, it just this location.

Specifically ask for napkins or gripe asking why no napkins? A survey is available so tell them through the survey With sauces there should be napkins.

I'd just ask next time at the drive thru. And let them know that you have never gotten napkins at this location! That would be such a pain with their curly fries or beef and cheddar!
