Ordered Apple pie, they handed me over ice cold apple pies , vs it supposed to be hot. Asked why is that - They answered - “ We are short staffed !” I was like but I paid the full money so deserve the right thing served in right way and all I got in response ! We can make new ones but wait 10-15 min or get refund - I was waiting in drive through 10 min already ! Whatever happened to McDonnalds service :(

Placed an order through the mobile app. Once I arrived, the order was not brought curbside. I went in the store to inquire only to be told they did not have the order. I had already been charged for the order. I was trying to explain this to the manager who told me it wasn’t her problem and she walked away from me. I told her fine I will work it out later through the app or my bank and said I would just order with her. Again she walked away from me and she would not take my order. My guess is they deleted on their end and she wouldn’t fess up to it. This was incompetence and poor customer service above and beyond anything I have ever experienced.

I would get them a zero if I could. I ordered value meal with a free kids meal. They claimed to be out of pop and they would substitute it with orange juice and bottle water. They tried to charge me for my meal and the drinks separately. When I questioned the manager he played stupid and claimed they weren't trying to rip me off.

I purchased 4 egg McMuffins and one oatmeal when I got back to work there were 3 mcmuffins only and the oatmeal. Why do I have to check everything before I leave ?
