We ordered a double roast beef with cheddar cheese and even though we repeated our order twice, the cashier gave us the sandwich w/o cheese, so which of course we went back up and requested the cheddar cheese. The fries were cold. The bun had a rip in it causing for a very sloppy sandwich that fell apart. I was dissatisfied. The worst part is I drove out of my way because we wanted an Arby's sandwich.

Location needs a drastic overhaul inside. Clear water damage that I think was growing mold on the walls. Food wasn't fully heated up (cheese wasn't even melted).

By far the worst fast-food Arby's I've been too. Horrible work staff and the food is terrible!!!! I was making an order the guy taking the order got everything wrong and he had a huge attitude. I will NEVER come back to this Arby's ever again!
