No, PA law dictates that A - you must have a valid PA ID and sign up with the states web site with same exact info as your ID from the DMV, B - Must be evaluated by a licensed doctor (typically $150-$200 cash only payment) who will decide if you meet any at least 1 of the qualifying conditions as set by state health department with proper medical records to prove so (cant just walk in and say you need it without medical proof), and C - If approved by the doctor you must pay the state fee standardly $50 and wait 5-10 business days for the card to come in the mail. Without the card you cant even enter a dispensary in PA. Aside from opioid dependency issues, PTSD, and recently added documented anxiety, most of the qualifying conditions cause severe pain or are terminal illnesses. There are a few loopholes as Ive seen people from NJ get a PA card by using a family or friends address they claim to reside at, but there is still no instant way to get the card. PA has been fairly strict
Sadly that's a hard no.
No, you won't. 😞
Cali has no reciprocity with PA. Your residency would hinder your purchasing of any cannabis.
I believe you need a Pennsylvania medical marijuana card
I believe you need a state issued ID from PennDOT. So probably not.
