There is a list on the state's website. I know of one in wiseport on bridge street a Dr Thomas O'Neill. You need to register on the state's website before you schedule your Dr. Appointment.
While the state frowns upon us directing you to a specific Dr, there should be a list on the states Web site. In addition asking friends and neighbors who referred them into the program is a great source. Otherwise, if you give us a call at 833-768-4357, we have a small list we can email you that some of our customers have stated referred them.
