Just a word of caution that tjis Jellystone is on a hilly grade in many parts. Hopefully your friend could ride in the golf carts they rent.
There are ADA cabins, and the staff is great. Just be sure to request an ADA cabin when you make reservations.
We had many opportunities to get photos with the Bears especially at the dances and there are a lot of activities for kids as far as riding around the park and other things to do we always were busy and it was a lot of fun we had 8 kids with us and three different sets of adults and we all had a good time highly recommended place even though it is quite pricey.
They have handicap accessible cabins. I would recommend a weekday stay to have less crowds. Kids loved the campground and we saw quite a few people there in wheelchairs and on hover rounds.
Just so you know...the bears are not at many activities & almost impossible to get pics with them due to crowds. They dont stick around so all children can get photos. My grandchildren were very disappointed over that. As much as it costs, you would think you could at least get pics.
They do have handicap accessible cabins and very nice staff that would be likely to help you if you have any problems
