You should be fine getting a space on Saturday. Many vendors show up early (6am?) to make sure they get a spot. Sundays they will show up even earlier!
It's first come first serve for tables and grass areas for your own tables. The little sheds are advanced purchase prior to the season if any are for rent. You can't hold tables for people and the max you can use is 3 at 10 bucks a piece. Pavilion tables are 40 I think. and grass area is 9 and its marked off in squares for everyone to make set up and parking easier. I hope this helps!
