Very disappointed by my visits to both the Gilbertsville & Barto locations on Sun, June 20, 2021. Several yrs ago in the Spring, I went to the Gilbertsville store and had a fantastic experience while purchasing multiple Forsythia bushes. Today, so sad! I was never approached by a Team member at either store to see if I needed assistance, had a question or anything. Team members were on hand at both stores because I could see them and at the Barto location, they were involved in quite a conversation. I'm all for socializing w/co-workers, but when a customer is on hand. Sad. I wanted to spend my planting dollars with a local business today since I live in Gilbertsville, PA. But since neither Wendy's location bothered to see if I needed help, I left disappointed and spent my planting dollars at the Garden Ctr., at the Bechtelsville, PA Walmart. I sincerely wish the Wendy's Team all the Best and hope mgmt reads this review. I won't be back.

Courteous service and I can usually find something I don't already have in my garden :-) I've been shopping at Wendy's for decades whenever I pass by
