How can I rent a spot in pavilion area? What time should I be there and who do I pay ..and how much is it for how long ?

Pavilion is usually filled . They come around and collect the fee.

Check yhe website / people are there setting up like at 4:30-5am early bird gets the better spot /i think it's under $20 for the day but it's worth it alot of people go there /good luck
