Why risk it? Dog parks are the best place for your dog to get sick. Socialize with your friends and families dogs that you know. Waiting another few weeks wont be bad. And I would start at a less busy dog park like Lowry. Just what I would do, Take it or leave it :)
You can start now. Bring bags for poop and water to share, there are communal bowls for water
