Devils Lake is not too far from Kegonza and I did a fair amount of Winter camping there. At that time, only the Quartzite camp sites were available for winter camping.
Kegonsa doesn't have year round camping.
U can go to www.wiparks.net and select the park of interest n it will tell u there.
