I completely agree! I've waited in the drive thru for 10-15 mins before!! I would've left but of course there was a line ahead and behind me! I've seen employees scratching their heads and then handle food. No gloves, no washing. The food is usually wrong and items missing
The weird part is the taco bell over by Chatfield High School went out of business, so you'd think this one would take the hint that it needs to actually function. Instead it looks like this one is determined to run itself out of business too.
