I've had better customer service from a vending machine; cashier on their cell phone entire transaction, got my smokes and left without them saying a single word.

Car wash is a hit or miss a d if you purchase the buy two get two dont count on getting a receipt or equal compensation when you see a cashier. The owner is very pushy a the store is somewhat dirty. Atleast theres fuel though right?

If there were minus stars I would pick that. I pulled up to the pump and tried to get regular gas and it would only let me chose the highest price. I was in a hurry so I went with it. I went inside to let them know. I also got the top of the line car wash and when I got to my next stop I walked around and the back of the card was filthy! I called and they told me there was nothing they can do about it. Come in and talk to the manager. NO THANK YOU! I will never do business with this Shell station AGAIN. Take my advise...Stay Away
