This place did a great job on my new dip nails. Their very organized and always busy. They suggested that you make an appointment. They are cordial. My only concern is that I wish they could be a little more customer friendly. I want a bit more interaction

My friends and I had manicures done. The quality of mine was very poor and the technician skipped at least 2 steps, including providing any lotion. I also felt very rushed even though they weren't busy. For the poor service, the prices are not competitive. Would not recommend.

I am tired of bad customer service. So I tried a new place. The lady here was extremely rude and reckless. She filed my nails so hard she cut my skin and made it bleed. …Dear Tae, I am the manager. I was the one that came over to your station and asked how things were going. When you expressed your concerns, I asked if I could make it better for you. After I did the work I asked if you were pleased with the results. You said yes, you were happy. Regardless, I did not charge you anything and I also apologized that you didn't feel the technician did a good job. She is shy and does not make much conversation with anyone. So discouraging to hear you were not satisfied. I am truly sorry, again, that your experience was not up your expectations and certainly below our standards. As mentioned above, you were not charged anything. I hate to loose you as a new customer. The vast majority of our new customers become regulars. Thank you and best regards to you.
