Reservations are recommended. Call before day of event.
They get very crowded after an event, to the point that I doubt a reservation would do much at all.

I don't believe a reservation will be of any assistance, especially going before a game.
Yes but either way the staff typically has a bad attitude if you show up with more than a party of 4 before a game or a show.
