I was really disappointed with this place. Everything was fine up until check out..I wanted to buy a hair drier but the gal that was checking me out was basically forcing me to give either my phone number or email address to check out and I've never had an issue l with not giving tl either out to them and this one girl really got offended when I wouldn't. I finally got to the point where I straight up told her I wasn't going to get it because of the fact that she wasn't going to let me buy it without giving out either.. the gal clearly seemed to care only about getting my info instead of my business.. I won't be coming back..

This Ulta is awesome! The staff is super friendly and always willing to help out. I see Erica for my haircuts and she does a wonderful job as well. I also LOVE the new brows girl (can't remember her name) she's awesome!!

Do not work here!!! Communication and accountability are non-existant! Managers miss weeks of work and still have jobs yet an associate calls out like 3 times and they fire them. Management plays favorites like no other and only care about the development and well being of the favorites. If you are not a favorite they ignore you and are not nice. This store does not practice Ulta values whatsoever!!

Perfumery is a bit of a nasal assault and they never seem to have what I'm looking for. I ask about vegan products and no one seems to be intimately familiar with the product. I'm just going to buy from the manufacturer's website. It's frustrating, I would love the convenience of stopping by Ulta, but their selection and assistance is simply unreliable. Staff at this location are nice enough. This review is based on coming to this location a handful of times and also having the same poor experience at other Ultas. I have the sense their culture and offerings would be different if corporate listened to low level employees.
