Recently tried to purchase tickets for Incredibles 2 online, and though my credit card got charged, I did not receive email confirmation of my tickets . I tried to call the theater but the phone line is disconnected. Can anyone assist me?

If I were in your shoes I'd go down there myself and show them that you got charged.

Yes go down there immediately and try to find a manager. Don't depend on reaching someone via phone. They are understaffed.
