Not really sure about that as I have never needed to do that. I'm sure they can make some arrangement for you if you call in advance
While i am not personally aware of any policy either way there may be a small chance that you could if you let them know in a timely manner. I would say you should notify staff same day and if need be call. Tickets cant simply be changed on a dime because that would screw with the sales, potentially creating a negative "on hand" which is bad for any store. As always it never hurts to ask. Most business can be understanding and are willing to work with you within their policy.
