I just paid $20 for inside and outside, my car still look the same they didn’t even vacuum properly the doors inside still dirty. They’re lazy it’s like 10 guys working there and they can’t even take the time to clean your car. Not ever again 😡😡😡

So no way to prove it or I would went back and complained. But a few days after my car wash I noticed a wire hanging out of the left side of my front bumper and my rim completely scratched. I was not in any accident so it had to be from there. Now I will have to take it into the dealership to attach the wire bc my lane assist isn't working now which is what I think that wire was. Wish I could post a picture here but whatever happened also ripped apart under the right wheel pulling the plastics away from the bumper. Be warned I will not be going back there and I live here. Just thought people should be aware.

The woman who answered the phone was helpful. The interior and exterior of my car looks great. The prices are reasonable unlike a car wash closer to my home that seems to require a membership. I will drive the extra 10 minutes to Windor Car Wash because it's worth it. Customer service, price and, cleaning met all expectations. Thank you.

Questions & Answers

Do they use brushless material to wash the cars

Yes. The Neoglide is a foam based material that's used to wash the cars. It's designed so it won't pick up dirt between vehicles and won't scratch new finishes. You will have to turn off auto wiper blades though because it's not touchless and auto wipers could get caught in the system
