There are gardens on premises. They are between and around the the shops. But the area is very small of shops so would not say you can tour, but you can walk the path that goes from shop to shop and see the flowers and trees which are all very pretty and well maintained. But if you won't stop at the shops, the walk would take maybe 5mins tops.
The gardens are spread a dry round the shops
There are many trees and flowers scattered throughout the whole are, but not a specific big garden area
