JoAnn, I’m sorry for this experience. We are trying desperately to accommodate the many guests through our doors, but the staffing challenge has left us all in an uncomfortable position. I wouldn’t dare speak on behalf of such an amazing woman who day-in & day-out bares the brunt of disappointed, frustrated and angry visitors. They changed chefs or recipes and the buffet about a year ago. . . not for the better either.
