It’s been a month since my initial consultation and the doctor whose name I won’t mention did a great job of quickly diagnosing my ailment and making a recommendation on how to alleviate it. However, I was supposed to have a surgery scheduled within 2 weeks after that appointment; it’s now been a month and I have not been able to reach the person who schedules her appointments to relieve my health issue for the life of me. The receptionists that transfer you to that department tend to be rude and dismissive as well. I wouldn’t recommend going to this medical practice if you think there is any chance you might require surgery because in my experience, you’ll just waste money for a diagnosis and never be able to reach anyone again. With that being said, the doctors and nurses are great, the administrative team leaves a great deal to be desired.
