Are you asking if California Medical Marijuana cards are accepted? As of this time the State of Pennsylvania does not engage in state to state acceptance of Medical Marijuana cards. It is not easily understood what you intend to mean with the abbreviations used in your question
The PA DOH does not accept out-of-state (i.e. California or any other stateʼs) MMJ Cards. Also, all PA dispensed MMJ carries a warning about how it is illegal to cross state lines with any cannabis.
