Salt is pretty much in everything you would have to ask for something to be cooked without it
I have work for this establishment for over a year-and-a-half I can say quite confidently that would be able to accommodate your husband. All of our vegetables are Farm Fresh and are meats grass-fed and natural.
Probably the most accommodating restaurant i have ever been to regarding allergies. Likely they can put something together for you.
I'm not sure if they have something on the menu completely sodium free, but this is a fairly nice restaurant known for making very fresh seasonal food. Their menu changes all the time, and I'd be shocked if you could not request your food to have no added salt or sodium.
