The stars are all for Sally who sensed I could use help narrowing down my choices so I would come within budget of all the clothes I found. She even took the colors of items I was debating and mentioned how she's a sweater (I am too) and certain colors show sweat spots. What a gem. Give that woman a raise, she sets the standard on customer service.

Nice employees but what's the point of saying they're going to hold something for me for a certain amount of days when they can't even find it when I go pick it up? Waste of a trip.

The place is an absolute mess. I got there when they opened and clothing was on the floor, not folded or hanging off the hangers. All the clothes are put together in the same sections too, so when a sign says two for $10 make sure the shirt next to it isn’t marked clearance. The people who work there are also miserable. The checkout woman was rude when she was called to help the other cashier out because of the line. I won’t be going there again that’s for sure. I’ve never had an issue with the one in Willow Grove.
