I would call them back and ask for a supervisor and then insist that they give me a code and have them stay on the line to help assist just in case things don't go right until my purchase was completed

Although I don't see how this relates to the store in Cortez, Colorado you can always go to customer service and they solve all your problems. Walmart is very good about these things also you can call customer service or chat with them online
