Dont know about the restroom but there are 2 steps at the front door and counter stools as well as table benches are in fixed place
It is not at all accessible. Not only are there steps at the door but it is a set of two narrow doors set at an angle from each other with a step in between. You could not possibly navigate it with a chair. Once inside, there is nowhere you could sit and eat in a chair. The tables all have immovable benches.
