It’s a SHAME that after years of coming into this store and buying their incredible product, I’ll have to say goodbye to them due to the WORST customer service I have EVER received. As I came back from traveling this morning (11.17.21), I walked into the store to get some chocolate. I was in the process of putting my mask on when the lady who works there YELLED at me and continued to do so as if I was some kind of criminal. I told her that I thought that the new mask mandate was already in place, but I was putting one on anyway (it was in my hands) when she continued to yell at me and shouted that I need to leave the store. If you hate your job-quit. This is not how you talk to people. I’ve never experienced such a rude behavior. I’ve seen the owners and the previous staff and they were incredible. However this lady just ruined the experience of it all. So be aware. In any case, there’s a different store next door where they know how to talk to the customers.

Absolutely wonderful experience! 10/10 would recommend. Service was next level, very informational, one on one attention to detail, and strictly customer based. Chocolate was excellent as well and made the perfect housewarming gift.
