What are the best times to visit the wharf (aka non-crowded times)? Also, is it a year round fish market, or is it season specific? Thanks!

In the morning or in the early afternoon

Its year round, if they are having an event in the new area stear clear because on a good day parking is hit or miss, mostly miss. Theres a garage but it fills up quickly, they validate if you purchase from the fish market. Fun fact: the Fish Market part of the wharf is the oldest working wharf in the nation! Go early or late to avoid the crowds and colder days you can go anytime.
