Yes man. They only sell beer, that's any beer store in PA they can't sell liquor at a beer store it has to be separate. Ashley is right the wine and spirits in McConnellsburg sells liquor it's located beside giant on right side.
The nearest place to get liquor would be in McConnellsburg and it would be at Wine and Spirits besides the Giant off of Route 522
