We have had pepsi st our bar since we purchased it 2 years ago and every Single time we have to make an appointment for any repairs changes upgrades except era it is a complete disaster. As I am writing this pepsi is an hour and a 1/2 late on an appointment from Pepsi to come and fix a leak. New bargains we installed 2 days ago have been leaking furiously and I ever time I call Pepsi I am assured the Tech is on his way. 90 minutes out Noatak still leaking and now the offices are closed and I cannot get ahold of a single person. Every time I schedule an appointment the people are there late don't show up at all or come on the wrong day. I'm furious that I have to deal with these people on I have no choice.
