Answer, no way.. got onto phone,and waited for customer support for 2 hours, and finally got a connection, waited for 45 minutes and was disconnected again. Pain in the but. They are also short handed and lately very very busy.i had to drive there personally to shop and buy something else because the product i want was out of stock...
