I am not sure about what the other fella suggested, but I want to say they do. I would actually call there, a Walmart, or a Walgreens 1st, to check directly from a specific location before going there and being disappointed..
The Lincoln City Sporting Goods store,the old radio shack, has a sign at the register that says they offer that service
Unfortunately the store doesnt have the means for doing it, it requires some fairly special hardware
There's a place called Mike's video repair that can do that. I've heard commercials on kshl radio.
