Will the store in Newport Oregon as a customer service issue, be supplying paper bags in lieu of plastic when the ban goes into effect July 1st? I am determining who I will be shopping with after this date. So far Thriftway will be.

They were using paper bags instead of plastic 2 days ago, at least on the register I went through.

Walmart only gives bags to tourists I don't know about fred dies yet...
