Me and my family of 20 wete guest there...and our food and the employees was excellent....I highly recommend!!!!
We've been there several times and only once did we have a problem with cold food & bad service. When that happened I called the manager over to the table. I explained what I problem was. He was very nice and polite and took the had them take the food away and bring fresh hot food he came back by the table to make sure it was hot and he took half the price off for the food. Every restaurant has a bad day no matter where you go and if you've only been there once it's not really fair to say that they are bad restaurant. Even when you cook it home it's not always perfect.
We had a decent experience, not sure what you ordered but we got a half jaws tray is what I think they call it and it was great. If my order was not done or cold i would have had to say something. We all work to hard to throw our money out the window. And we just went last week. Thanks for heads up but it's the only place I know you can get gator tail which I really enjoy.
