Recently took my Macbook pro to fix, it wasnt turning on for me and making alot of noice. Took 5 days because of parts delivery, they fixed it and saved my data (with a charge) but it works faster than before. I went to the Mesquite location because of a referral from a friend. I was that person that thought I could open my computer and put my own battery in. Consequently, I broken the top plastic top of my laptop and felt hopeless. I walked in there and right away they assured me that it would be okay and new exactly what to do. When all was said and done, I walked out with a practically new computer from the inside out. I am not the most the most knowledgeable about all this stuff, and it so was wonderful because they were so patient and helpful with me. The communication was perfect! I would 100% recommend this place for any computer needs!!!
