We were just there and didn't have an issue with mosquitoes at all. We did hike up Tumalo Falls and noticed mosquitoes there on the mountain in the evening.
No problem with mosquitos, probably because there's usually a nice breeze? There are plenty of mosquitos up in the Cascade Lakes however
