Do I need to purchase a park pass ? I can't proceed without a promo code to make a reservation.

You usually can purchase the pass at the park. Not sure about reservations online. They're pretty responsive if you call in.

Reservations must be made online. Park passes must be purchased at the park.

We bought our park pass when we checked in. Not sure if they are taking reservations yet but I agree call them they are very helpful.
