Yes! We did Muddy Pass trail I think it was called, which is something like 13 miles. We did 6 miles total in and out and it was a decent hike. We did have to cross small creeks a few times, so either accept that your shoes might get wet, or bring water shoes. It's not that deep, I just crossed in my hiking boots quickly and got a little wet. Nice hike!
Actually, there are! If you head down to the lake that's just because the campgrounds, there's a sign posted about four trails known as 'Gore Pass'! Just be mindful that most of these loops range from 13-20 miles, so be prepared to spend the day on the trails. There is, however, Tepee Creek Loop, which is about 2.8 miles.
