Not on the mountain or up to Horsetooth Rock, but you can drive around the reservoir and skirt the south side of the mountain up to Masonville
No. There are 2 parking areas. The main entrance on the south side and the inlet bay entrance in the east side. You can't drive in any further than the parking lots. The drive to the park around horsetooth reservoir is pretty.
