There are personalized bricks that people have bought used as a sidewalk and runs along the gazebo in the park. It's called the Memorial Brick Program. The cost of each brick runs around $40. Not sure if they are still doing it. You'd have to contact the Pennsville, NJ Recreation Dept.

If I'm being honest, I don't remember seeing a memorial there. It is a beautiful Park though.
