A great dealership and service department,but some of the parts people greatly lack knowledge and customer service and I would even go as far as to say they don't care, if you have a hard to find part you have to talk to Jesse he is the only one who knows what is going on in the parts department (thank you jesse )

Thanks to the service warranty Department Austin for extending himself to save me some money. I had an DPF issue that many of us has had. Austin got us new and installed filters under warranty. The service Department tried there best to make my turn around as fast as possible, but the only problem was that the part didn't come in when it was supposed too. The service manager fixed that by using another part to get me running. The other thing is that he did charge me for something that I didn't approve, but he removed the charge, and reminded me of what he did, and told me that he would not do anymore favors again. I appreciate the used part that got me up and running, but not being reminded of the part that never got delivered after waiting for almost a week. So for all the money, and service that I provided to Hunter I'll take my KW to it's dealer from here on.

Horrible part store. They sell you wrong part and when you bring it back they refuse to give you a refund saying “ you haven’t bought this from us “.
